Together with the Center of Medical Genetics (CMG) and CalcUA (UAntwerp's HPC core facility), we organize three-day introduction course to Linux, specifically for life scientists with no prior computational experience!
The course consists of two major parts: the first one is a gentle introduction to the Linux command line environment. The second one consists of a hands-on, beginner friendly introduction to HPC usage, with special regards to biomedical informatics analyses.
