The course consists of two major parts: the first part is a gentle introduction to the Linux command line environment. The second part consists of a hands-on, beginner friendly introduction to HPC usage, with special regards to biomedical informatics analyses. The whole course is done on your own laptop.
Please note, we request a budget code during registration as a part of our no-show policy: in case of absence communicated after 25th of Nov, we charge 50€.
