Welcome to our two-day NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) course! This gentle introduction training is specifically designed to provide you with practical skills in both the technical and analytical aspects of short-read sequencing data analysis.

A more detailed program will be made available soon, but it will include:
- Linux command line & bash scripting recap
- Thorough exploration of commonly used NGS tools with bash scripts/command line + result interpretation
- Introduction to commonly used pipelines
- basic knowledge of Linux commands

- Windows users: installation of WSL2

Registration is free, but we require a budget code as part of our no-show policy. Any absence not communicated on or before May 11th will result in a 50€ no-show fee from the given budget code.
